Can Anyone find time to get fit?
They are the main excuses I hear all the time. Yes some of them might be valid excuses in their own head. They might actually want to train and get fit?
So there are 168 hours in the week...
You really need to to work hard hard for 20-30 minutes 3/4 times a week to see massive improvements in your fitness.
You can do it anywhere and and don't need any equipment.

So of the 168 hours in a week you need to spare 1-2 hours.
This obviously depends on the injury. If you have a niggle or sore knees or tights hip flexors then work them.
These things generally happen from being overweight, a lack of exercise or working them sufficiently.
If you do try running/hill walking and the problem persists or gets worse then change the exercise. Swimming or a cross trainer might be the way forward.
Don't just give up!
Only you can change this. You need to try and find a routine/sport etc that you enjoy. Keep trying different classes or sports until you find something that you like.
You might never find anything you truly enjoy, if this is the case choose the one you like the most.
You don't need to be fit to try a class. You are there to get fit. Nobody honestly cares how unfit you are they are too busy trying to catch their breath!
Don't like classes then don't use them. Do something else. There are plenty of ways to get fit on your own or with a friend.
