REST 10 SECS

10 SQUAT JUMPS
REST 10 SECS

10 STAR JUMPS
REST 10 SECS

10 PRESS UPS
REST 10 SECS
-
10 HIGH KNEES
REST 10 SECS
-
10 SQUAT THRUSTS
REST 10 SECS

10 BURPEES 
REST 10 SECS

REST 2 MINUTES THEN REPEAT TWO MORE TIMES.

TRY THIS WORKOUT 3-4 TIMES A WEEK.

IT WILL TAKE 15 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME TO COMPLETE THIS WORKOUT.  SO DON'T TELL ME YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO GET FIT.  DEPENDS HOW MUCH YOU WANT SOMETHING!?
